Milano Fashion&Jewels never stops: the exhibition honours Contemporary Jewellery at Roma Jewelry Week

The most fascinating pieces on show include the outstanding "Volants" ring by Francesca Luciani, which turns heads for its innovative design and its perfect interpretation of the concept of "The Baroque Infinity", blending tradition and modernity in a single creation.

Milano Fashion&Jewels continues to surprise and support Contemporary Jewellery, as shown by its participation in Rome Jewelry Week: an event designed to celebrate contemporary jewellery, featuring pieces by renowned designers and artists, as well as highlight the goldsmithing companies within the industry.

The Incinque Jewels Award ceremony, held on 5 October, 2024 at the Museo dei Fori Imperiali nei Mercati di Traiano, celebrated the talent of over 170 artists and designers, all committed to exploring the theme of "Infinito Barocco".

The various creations on display featured the distinctive "Volants" ring by Francesca Luciani, winner of the Milano Fashion&Jewels Award. The designer has captured the essence of "imperfect beauty" through the innovative use of black 3D-printed plant-based resin and 18-karat gold-plated brass. This piece is not just a jewel, but an authentic work of art that reflects a profound dialogue between tradition, innovation and materials.

Francesca Luciani's creation, with its focus on form and meaning, speaks for the concept of "baroque infinity", evoking wonder and reflection. In addition to celebrating the rich legacy of the past, the designer also looks to the future, her piece becoming a complex and fascinating representation of how design can evolve.

Thanks to this accolade, Francesca Luciani will have the opportunity to be a protagonist in the next edition of Milano Fashion&Jewels, which will take place from 22 to 25 February 2025 at FieraMilano. The event will offer visitors an unmissable opportunity to discover her creations and those of other talented designers in the contemporary scene.

Milano Fashion&Jewels, once again, presents itself as a dynamic platform that celebrates the intersection of craftsmanship, creativity and innovation in the world of jewellery. It offers an unmissable opportunity to discover trends, stories and the excellence of Made in Italy, highlighting the importance of individuality and quality in the area of fashion and jewellery.

See you at the next edition of Milano Fashion&Jewels From 22 to 25 February 2025 Fiera Milano (Rho).

"I am very happy with the success of the fourth edition of Roma Jewelry Week, which this year saw an important participation of artists and designers from all over the world. Our intent to make the artistic and historical heritage dialogue with the intangible one was largely achieved. Being able to hold a cultural event in an archaeological site such as Mercati di Traiano is a unique opportunity for the entire contemporary jewelry sector, and in this regard we thank the institutions that made this project possible. We are also very pleased with the collaborations, such as the one with Milano Fashion&Jewels, which also for 2024 has renewed its participation with the MFJ Award"
