Time for ‘first times’ at Milano Fashion&Jewels

More and more new brands are joining the exhibition's lineup, chosen for its varied display that skilfully highlights each brand's unique features.

More and more companies and brands – well known or not – are choosing to present their products at Milano Fashion&Jewels, drawn in by the event's lively and ever-changing nature, as well as its unique features, such as a keen focus on new business and networking, as well as the large but select crowd that never fails to attend. That alone explains why the list of new brands grows steadily with each new edition even as it diversifies, with both groundbreaking designers and current fashion favourites, alongside time-honoured labels that have developed a distinctive path, allowing them to share their unique vision. All of this, however, is never at the expense of mainstays, which remain a key feature even as it grows, thanks to a mix of key values including craftsmanship, creativity and sustainability.

Given this context, it's no surprise that three distinct brands, united by their Mediterranean roots, are set to make their debut at Milano Fashion&Jewels, as they aim to stand out and showcase their unique features. For Frida, a brand “Made in Spain”, its unique traits are closely tied to art, especially to Frida Kahlo, who inspired its name and essence. Its style is marked by distinctive jewellery that goes beyond mere accessories, blending perfectly with the wearer as if it's a natural extension of their character. The makers’ skill stands out as they turn materials like glass beads, fabric scraps, thread and stones into beautifully shaded bracelets, earrings and necklaces. Unique, creative, and beautiful are the hallmarks of Donzella, a Milan-based brand known for its standout combination of jackets and necklaces. The brand creates jewellery that grabs attention and mesmerises with both its looks and spirit.  Meanwhile, sustainability is key for a classic brand like Carrera, which built its empire on denim and has since made it more and more eco-friendly through innovation. From the raw materials to the processing methods, Carrera is now developing everything in line with a more ‘aware’ fashion industry, lessening environmental harm while continuing its unique style story.
