Experiences that connect: the 4-Color Theory for successful retail

In the digital age, the customer who chooses the physical store is increasingly oriented toward meaningful experiences rather than simply making a purchase.

The 4-color theory offers retailers a powerful tool to connect with customers, enabling them to tailor communication to their personality and transforming the store into a place where each person feels welcomed and valued.

Key points:

- Color as a universal language: Every hue and color combination evokes specific emotions and influences buying behavior.

- Four-color theory: The four-color model-which divides personalities into four distinct types (red, yellow, green, blue) based on behavioral and psychological traits-transforms the point of sale into a place where every customer feels understood and valued.

- Effective communication: Identify the customer's “color” and adapt communication to guide them to purchase.

The presentation will therefore be a journey through the history of color and its meaning, both cultural and psychological, to arrive at the 4-Color Theory, passing through benefits and methods of application Participants will benefit from a comprehensive overview of the latest research in color, which will stimulate reflection on new sales strategies and provide insights into obtaining the tools needed to differentiate themselves in the marketplace.

Monica Losito

After studying languages and over 20 years in customer service and marketing, she has been closely collaborating with beauticians and hairdressers since 2010, researching, selecting and providing innovative professional products. The world of beauty, and even more so the world of color, has always attracted her: hence her encounter with color analysis, which has become a great passion and a natural complement to the services offered to her clients. Specific training and in-depth study through masters and workshops at accredited institutions led to the creation of ArmocromiaLab in 2023. ArmocromiaLab is a place - both physical and virtual - where color, in its infinite potential, becomes a tool for enhancing the individual and the professional who works in the field of image. The Lab provides consulting services to those who want to acquire the tools to feel better about their image and develops training modules for entrepreneurs and sales personnel who want to accompany their clients towards an exciting and complete shopping experience.

Irene Graziani

Driven by a lifelong passion for fashion, she turned her fascination into a career. After acquiring a solid education as a fashion designer - honing her skills in design, styling, pattern making and garment construction - she successfully opened and managed a clothing store for over 16 years. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of women's needs and desires when it comes to style. Four years ago, she embarked on a professional growth path as a Personal Shopper at the Carla Gozzi Academy of Style. She consolidated her experience in the sector and gained an international perspective on fashion trends through regular meetings and exchanges with the Business Partner Group. Her love for beauty and harmony led her to explore the magical world of color in all its potential and nuances. This is how ArmocromiaLab was born: a passion, even before a job, and the natural culmination of a mission that Irene has always cultivated and nurtured: to accompany women on a journey of selfdiscovery and empowerment.
